Important Contribution Information:
Please be advised that Executive Order #134 (effective October 15, 2004) applies to contributions to the Bergen County Republican Organization (BCRO). Vendors doing or seeking to do business with the State of New Jersey may be prohibited (including owners of 10% or more of assets or profits). In compliance with the Executive Order, the BCRO can accept contributions up to $300 from individuals and corporations. Please see Executive Order 134 for further information.

New Jersey election law allows contributions with a limit of $37,000 annually per calendar year from individuals, PACs and corporations, except from those industries regulated by the State of New Jersey. A partnership may contribute the maximum of $37,000 per partner annually. A letter allocating the contribution to the individual partner(s) must accompany the check. The letter must include each contributing partner’s address. A partner’s total contribution, through the partnership and personally, cannot exceed the $37,000 annual limit. The BCRO will not accept cash contributions.
